This year again, Akihito Abe was involved in this project as a system member of All Japan Kendo Federation. This year, the Championship was first covered live on Twitter. In addition, the image taken by a high-speed camera was delivered on Youtube in real time. Providing information in such a way thoroughly pursuing immediacy attracted significant attention from not only the Kendo world but also the Internet industry.
